Role and Responsibilities: Provide leadership for regional operations, programs, FHHs and PMOs. Supervise staff recruitment, performance appraisal, capacity development. Implement policies, annual program budgets, and expansion strategies. Manage program quality, evaluation systems, and reporting. Build partnerships with donors, government, NGOs, and stakeholders. 2.	Project Coordinator under UNFPA Humanitarian Project	Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Health Sciences, or equivalent with 07 years of relevant experience in the development or social sector. Role and Responsibilities: Implementation of a humanitarian project in line with UFPAP guidelines and approved workplans. Ensure effective delivery of humanitarian and SRHR/health services for vulnerable and crisis-affected populations. Liaise with district authorities, line departments, partners, and community stakeholders for smooth project execution. Supervise and support project staff, ensuring performance, accountability, and compliance with safeguarding standards.
