Rahnuma–FPAP, leading the mission for Reproductive Health, Family Planning, and SRHR across Pakistan, is seeking qualified and dynamic professionals for the following leadership positions at its Head Office and Regional Office, Lahore.

Position 1: Director Planning & Proposal Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program development, strategic planning, and resource mobilization.
  • Develop innovative, evidence-based programs aligned with R-FPAP’s mission.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals for bilateral, multilateral, and private donors.
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and reporting frameworks.
  • Strengthen partnerships, consortium collaborations, and donor engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, Management, or related field with 10 years of experience in program planning & proposal development.
  • Demonstrated success in securing donor funding.
  • Expertise in RBM, budgeting, M&E frameworks, and strategic program design.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

 Position 2: Regional Director Punjab
Locations: Regional Office Punjab –Lahore

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for regional operations, programs, FHHs and PMOs.
  • Supervise staff recruitment, performance appraisal, capacity development.
  • Implement policies, annual program budgets, and expansion strategies.
  • Manage program quality, evaluation systems, and reporting.
  • Build partnerships with donors, government, NGOs, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure availability of resources, contraceptives, and program materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Health Sciences, or equivalent with 10 years of relevant experience in the development or social sector.
  • Strong leadership, team management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in project management, coordination, budgeting, and report writing.
