Rahnuma–FPAP is seeking qualified and dynamic professionals for the following leadership positions at its Head Office.
Position: Director Administration & Governance
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and optimal resource utilization.
- Oversee facilities, security, fleet management, office space allocation, and all administrative support services including travel and accommodation.
- Lead procurement strategy, supplier selection, and vendor performance management to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Supervise inventory and store management, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate record-keeping, and cost control.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, driving efficiency, cost reduction, and service delivery improvements.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and information security to ensure reliable and secure organizational operations.
- Provide secretariat support to the Board of Directors, including meeting coordination, documentation, and governance compliance.
- Lead ERP system implementation and management, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and user access control.
- Establish and monitor compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and legal advisors while updating organizational policies in line with evolving regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Administration, Management, Social Sciences or Supply Chain from a recognized university.
- Foreign degrees must be accompanied by an equivalent certificate issued by HEC.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in administration, management, supply chain management, procurement, IT, and store management.
- Experience in external/internal coordination, particularly with Law Enforcing Agencies (LEAs) and compliance, with working knowledge of the social sector.
- Preference for candidates with experience in reproductive health, sexual and reproductive health, and rights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team-oriented approach.
- Strong knowledge of governance practices, public policy, the National Action Plan, and relevant regulations.

Position: Project Director – GAVI Project
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall planning, execution, and evaluation of the project to achieve immunization targets in a timely manner.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure alignment with organizational goals, donor expectations, and national immunization priorities.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with donors, government authorities, UN agencies, and technical working groups to enhance project impact.
- Represent the project at national and sub-national coordination forums, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and visibility.
- Promote results-based management through data-driven decision-making, continuous analysis, and adaptive program strategies.
- Oversee regular program monitoring and review processes to track progress, identify challenges, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Ensure full compliance with donor requirements, including high-quality narrative and financial reporting.
- Support advocacy initiatives by providing evidence-based insights, contextual analysis, and program learning.
- Ensure effective implementation of community awareness activities and capacity-building initiatives for staff in line with project needs.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS from a recognized university is essential. Postgraduate qualification in Public Health, Project Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- At least 7 years of experience in managing large-scale immunization or health programs, preferably in donor-funded projects.
- Proven expertise in immunization program implementation, MEL frameworks, and CSO capacity building.
- Strong leadership, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team-oriented approach.
- Excellent financial management and compliance experience.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills in English.
- Experience in policy advocacy and engagement with government stakeholders.
