Rahnuma-Family Planning Association of Pakistan (Rahnuma-FPAP), a Member Association of IPPF London, is the country’s leading organization that works to promote Reproductive Health by providing high-quality SRH & FP Services to men, women and youth in partnership with government, NGOs and Civil society.

Rahnuma-FPAP is seeking External Members (on voluntary basis) for its BOG, each of whom will bring proven experience and expertise in the field of Sexual Reproductive Health, Family Planning, Women Empowerment, Sexual Gender Based Violence, Capacity Building, People with diversified sexual orientation, Finance etc. and a strong track record of integrity and accountability. We would like to have applications across the Pakistan.

Appointment as Volunteer Consultant to Support the Membership & Volunteer Development Advisory Committee (M&VDAC)

Rahnuma- Family Planning Association of Pakistan (Rahnuma-FPAP) a Member Association of the IPPF, is the country’s leading not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that works to promote Family Planning (FP) and Reproductive Health and Rights as a basic human right by providing sustainable and high-quality services to men, women and youth in partnership with public and private sector stakeholders.

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate Volunteer Consultant to enable Rahnuma-FPAP to meet the highest standard by extending voluntarily the expert advisory support as M&VDAC member in reviewing and shortlisting high-profile individuals for governance and advisory roles, ensuring strategic diversity, capacity building, and policy compliance.

Term of Reference of M&VDAC

Requirements

A Master’s degree in Law, HR, Public Administration, or Social Sciences
10-15 years’ experience in governance advisory, high-profile recruitment, or legal/HR frameworks
Strong documentation, neutrality, and analytical skills
Background in both HR and legal domains and working with NGO will be an added advantage
Available for a minimum of two (2) M&VDAC meeting in a year, with a minimum of 20 hours in a year.

Tenure of position:

Three year extendable or as BOG decide

Note: This is Volunteer position involves nominal fee besides travelling and lodging expenses where applicable.

The Mission of Rahnuma-FPAP is to lead a movement for SRH & FP as a basic Human Right. To become part of this movement ‘Enroll as a Volunteer’. Our doors are open for committed individuals having experience and expertise in the field of Sexual Reproductive Health, Family Planning, Women Empowerment, Gender Based Violence, Capacity Building, Finance etc. and a strong track record of integrity, and accountability. If you fulfil this criterion, register as an ORDINARY MEMBER and become part of the global movement. We also nurture Youth as the future leaders. If your age is between 18-20 years, do come forward and register as a YOUTH MEMBER.
